What exactly does an “End-to-End Elopement Package” include?
It includes everything you need to create your dream celebration — from ceremony design and coordination to vendor management, timeline creation, and on-the-day assistance. You bring the love; I handle all the details so you can simply enjoy every moment.
Can you be both our Celebrant and our Planner?
Absolutely, and it’s what makes my approach so special. Because I get to know you deeply while creating your ceremony, I can carry that same understanding into every part of your elopement or microwedding, ensuring everything feels seamless and authentically “you.”
Do you work all over Italy?
Yes! I plan and celebrate elopements and intimate weddings across Italy
Can we customize our experience?
Of course. Every couple is unique, and so is every elopement. Whether you want to add a private wine tasting, a romantic dinner, or a local experience, we’ll tailor the celebration to your vision and budget.
How far in advance should we book?
Ideally 6–12 months in advance, especially for popular locations and seasons. However, for elopements, I can often accommodate shorter timelines…Italy loves a bit of spontaneity too!
Do you help with food and wine selections?
Yes, this is one of my favourite parts! As a Sommelier, I’ll guide you in choosing the perfect Italian wines and regional dishes to match the mood and setting of your day, creating an experience that delights all the senses.
How do payments and planning milestones work?
Once you decide to book, I’ll send a detailed proposal and contract. A deposit secures your date, and the remaining payments are scheduled according to the planning timeline. Clear communication and transparency are key from start to finish.
What happens on the wedding day?
You simply show up and enjoy the moment! I’ll be there from start to finish — coordinating vendors, guiding the timeline, cueing music, and making sure everything flows effortlessly so you can focus on what truly matters: each other.
Do you offer additional experiences or add-ons?
Yes, from wine tastings and romantic picnics to rehearsal dinners or post-ceremony celebrations. I can help you design an unforgettable Italian escape around your elopement.
How many guests can we invite for an elopement or microwedding?
Elopements are usually just the two of you (and maybe a photographer!), while microweddings can include up to around 20 guests. I’ll help you choose venues and logistics that fit your guest list beautifully.
Do you also arrange accommodation and travel for us or our guests?
I can assist you with recommendations for charming boutique hotels, countryside villas, or luxury resorts near your venue. While I don’t book flights, I’ll help you coordinate every detail of your stay to make your trip effortless and enjoyable.
Do you plan larger weddings too?
My focus and heart are with elopements and intimate weddings, where connection and authenticity truly shine. However, I occasionally take on slightly larger events if they align with my philosophy and approach.
Can we meet in person before the wedding?
Of course! If you’re visiting Italy before the big day, I’d love to meet you! Otherwise, we’ll connect via video calls, so you’ll always feel supported and connected no matter where you are.
